All Performance parts are designed for Off-Road/Competition use ONLY. No warranty on Performance parts unless specified by the manufacturer. All warrantied parts must be handled by the customer and manufacturer directly.

Privacy Statement:

We respect your privacy. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. Our site is SSL secure. We never see, or store, your credit card information. It is passed directly to our payment processor and then discarded.

Fraud Prevention Notice:

Due to the potential for online fraud we can only ship to the billing address on your credit card or the confirmed address on your PayPal account, if you require the item to be shipped to a different address please call us. Non-matching billing and shipping addresses must be approved by a phone call to us prior to placing your order.

Product Shipping Information:

  • You will automatically receive an invoice/receipt from our website, if you do not check your PSAM folder.

  • Most items are non-stocked here at our shop and shipped directly from our vendors, all such items are subject to their lead times and shipping structure.

  • Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Special Orders are built to order and can take 5-10 business days to ship.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

  • Aftermarket or Race parts not eligible for refund. All custom orders or requests are non-refundable.

  • Certain Unopened Packaged Auto Parts are accepted for a return within 7 days of date of purchase of product. There will be a 30% restocking fee and shipping will not be credited back. Credit will be issued once system is received back and inspected to be in uninstalled / original condition. You must contact us for a pre-return approval and RMA number to seek eligibility of returned item.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping unless IKE-Automotive agrees to cover shipping. In such case IKE-Automotive will provide a shipping label.

  • Custom made parts such as exhaust systems, pulley kits, fabricated items, etc, are not eligible for a refund.

  • Installed parts are not eligible for refund. This includes any and all parts sold.

  • Tuning refunds – No refunds on ANY Custom Tunes.

  • All parts should be inspected before installing.

  • All wheels should be inspected before mounting tires. Wheels that have had tires mounted are ineligible for refunds. No Exceptions!

  • Any cancelled orders will be credited minus a 7% credit card processing fee. Any parts that have been shipped are subject to the restocking fees.

Sales & Promotions:

Sale prices are valid for sale dates only. Most sales we run are from additional discounts passed from the manufacturer to us. We do not offer any retro pricing on orders already placed, this includes any items or projects already purchased or in the works in our shop as well.

Disclaimer:

*All parts available on this site are aftermarket and can possibly void your factory warranty. These parts are all install at customers own risk.
**Custom tuning is a product that alters your factory ECM/TCM calibration. IKE-Automotive assumes no risk for ANY of these alterations.

Because U.S., Canadian, and other international, state or provincial laws and regulations may prohibit removal or modification of components that were installed on vehicles by companies to meet emission requirements or to comply with motor vehicle safety regulations applicable to vehicles manufactured for use on public roads, IKE-Automotive wants you to know the following:

Most of the parts and services offered in this online catalog are for off-road use or competition use only. Use on State and Federal Highways may be a violation of the EPA Clean Air Act. The Clean Air Act can be found at http://www.epa.gov/air/caa/. This document contains in detail what are considered to be violations of the CAA and corresponding penalties for failure to obey and should be read in full before purchasing or installing this off-road or race use only product. Ensuring that all emissions, noise/sound, and speed/use related laws are followed is the responsibility of the Buyer(s). Installation and use of this product indicates that this disclaimer has been read, acknowledged, and understood fully by both the Buyer(s) and Installer(s). The Buyer(s) assume all associated risk of the purchase.

EMISSIONS NOTICE:

 

IT IS OUR POLICY TO NOT DISABLE ANY FEDERALLY MANDATED EMISSIONS EQUIPMENT NOR MONITORS ON ANY ON ROAD VEHICLE. ​

IT IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE FOR US TO DO SO.

Federal and several state and provincial laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative of any part that affects emissions or safety on motor vehicles used on public streets or highways. IKE-Automotive assumes no liability for any violations arising out of any federal, state or provincial emissions or safety requirements on motor vehicles arising out of the customer’s modifications and/or use of our products or services. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if their modified vehicle complies with applicable laws.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:

IKE-Automotive does NOT ship non-CARB legal products to California. For help with finding a CARB exempt product, please call us to speak with a Product Specialist. Please see our (Carb Exempt Page) for full California shipping information.

PROP 65 WARNING:

What is Proposition 65?
Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

IKE-Automotive will ATTEMPT to properly mark items with this warning where the products are advertised for sale. Please note that just because the label is not listed on a product being advertised does not suggest this product is safe regarding Prop 65. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water. ***ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT***

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between IKE-Automotive and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the product and services listed on the website, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and at any frequency without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on this web page, and you should review this Agreement prior to purchasing the product.

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us (IKE-Automotive), our officers, our shareholders, our partners, attorneys and employees harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the product and services listed.

DISCLAIMER: By purchasing this product from IKE-Automotive, you are agreeing to all sections of the disclaimer below.

INSTALLATION OF PRODUCT: The use of any IKE-Automotive or any purchased custom tuning products from Vector Motorsports or service may or may not void the vehicle’s factory warranty, and it is the sole responsibility of customer to verify this with their vehicle manufacturer. We are not responsible for OEM or aftermarket parts of the vehicle that are damaged due to improper installation, prior to purchasing our product or service. If in doubt, please have all aftermarket parts fitted by a professional installer.

CONDITION OF VEHICLE: IKE-Automotive assumes that all vehicles used during installation through our product or service are in good working condition, and have been reviewed by the customer or professional to ensure that the vehicle will be able to handle additional power and performance. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure this information is accurate. IKE-Automotive will not be held liable for any unforeseen damage that may happen to the vehicle. If the vehicle is not running in a normal state after installing our product or using our services, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to immediately return the vehicle to stock programming, and notify IKE-Automotive immediately of the issue.

SAFETY: IKE-Automotive is not responsible for improper, unsafe, reckless, or careless driving of vehicles after installing any of our products or using our services. IKE-Automotive does not encourage violating any State or Federal laws. Items sold within assumes our product or service will be used for off-road and/or race use only.

OFF ROAD USE ONLY: All items sold through IKE-Automotive including tuning products or services are designed for off-road/race use/competition only, and are not for legal sale for on-road vehicles in states that require pollution controlled vehicles.

​

IKE-Automotive is not responsible for any price changes, mis-marked items or any other mis-printed items. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by IKE-Automotive are designated Race Only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off- road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. IKE-Automotive does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer. By purchasing items from IKE-Automotive, you are agreeing to all sections of our Disclaimer.
